FLV Extract is a freeware to extract video, timecodes or audio from a FLV video file. You can grab video and audio from FLV files witout decompressing or recompressing.

The output video from FLV is saved as AVI (H.263/FLV1 and VP6/VP6F) or raw elementary stream (H.264/AVC). While the audio is saved as MP3, AAC (with ADTS headers), Speex, or WAV (PCM).

How to use FLV Extract Portable

1. Download FLV Extract Portable: FLVExtractPortable_1.6.2_English.paf.exe.

2. Unzip and run FLVExtractPortable.exe to launch FLV Extract Portable.
