pdfMechanic is a free and small PDF utility based on Qt4 toolkit.

PDF Merger feature in pdfMechanic allow you to merge multiple PDF’s. PDF Extractor is to extract one or several pags from an existing PDF. PDF Converter would convert PDF to TXT or HTML.

You could also use pdfMechanic to rotate PDF pages to 3 directions.
