WinX DVD Author is a nice and free video DVD author. It creates DVD discs directly from video files including MKV, M2TS, M4V, MP4, FLV, MPEG, MOV, RM, RMVB, H.264, AVI, etc. You could add subtitle and menu to the DVD disc.
It also converts videos files to DVD Vob file and use it for a DVD folder, or create DVD menu from vob files and output the DVD folder and burn it to DVD disc.
With WinX DVD Author, you could make DVD-5, DVD-9 with 4:3 for Standard TV or 16:9 for Wide Screen TV. Continue reading
