PDFBinder is a rather simple and free PDF merger to join mutiple pdf files togeter. Just add or drag pdf files into it and click on the Bind button.

However, PDFBinder is written in C#, so in Windows XP, you have to install the .NET Framework to run it.

For other PDF mergers, try PDF Combine or 7-PDF Split & Merge.
